Terms of use

The rules for using SuholTracker.

Last updated November 2026

Draft for legal review. This policy describes how the platform is built. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified Philippine legal and data-privacy counsel before public launch.

Independence

SuholTracker is not a government website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency. Submitting a report here is not the same as filing an official complaint.

Your responsibilities

  • Submit only information you believe is true. Knowingly false reports may expose you to legal liability, including under the Revised Penal Code and the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
  • Do not include names, photos or personal details of individuals unless they are necessary for reviewers — and never expect them to be published.
  • Do not upload content you have no right to share, malware, or material that is illegal to possess.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the service, except as allowed under our responsible disclosure policy.

How we treat reports

Reports are allegations. We moderate, redact and may decline to publish any report. Publication or any status — including “Corroborated” and “Referred to authorities” — is not a finding that anyone committed a crime.

Licence to publish

If you choose publication, you allow SuholTracker to publish a redacted, edited version of your report and to include it in aggregated statistics. You can ask us to unpublish it at any time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that any report will lead to action by authorities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
