Never send a report by email
Email is not as private as our reporting form. To report an incident, use Submit a report. To add to your report, use Track a report.
Corrections and disputes
If you are described in a published story, or you believe one is inaccurate, email our contact address (not published yet) with the subject “Correction”, the story reference (for example SUH-7KQ4-M2XD) and what is wrong. You can also use “Report a problem” on the story itself. We aim to respond within five working days and will label the story as disputed while we review it.
Data protection
To exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act, email our contact address (not published yet) with the subject “Data privacy request”. It is routed to our Data Protection Officer.
Legal requests
Send government and legal requests to our contact address (not published yet) with the subject “Legal request”. We review every request with counsel and disclose information only where legally required.
